They got me in right away to fix a chip in my window and change my windshield wipers. Very friendly.

Came to valley glass 30 minute before they were closing to ask them if they could look at my window shield as it got cracked due to a rock! They IMMEDIATELY took our truck in and fixed the cracked! They were absolutely fantastic! They do all the paper work and dealt With the insurance companies too!

Having dealt with many other glass stores in the past, and we had obtained 5 other quotes from glass stores in Kelowna, Valley glass was not only very competitive, their service was spectacular. Derek, the service technician that came to our house to do the quotes and installs, was incredibly professional, protected our new hardwood and tile floors with the upmost care, everything looked and worked perfect the first time.

We recently renovated our shower and ordered the glass shower door from Valley Glass. They came out to our home in Peachland twice, first to measure and then to install the door. We are impressed with the quality, not flimsy like some doors at the big box stores and the guys that installed it were very professional and did a great job. I had to get my cracked windshield replaced. They happened to have 1 windshield for my vehicle in stock at their location! The staff were funny and very helpful which was greatly appreciated. Friendly, professional and detailed.  Had 4 rock chips on a windshield repaired in 45 minutes, no appointment, just called ahead and drove in.  They even meticulously cleaned the windshield after completing the job, inside and out!  Highly recommended.

Had these guys recommend to me not by one place, but 4 others!
they had my truck bright and early in the morning having everything finished by 10ish. they even stuck my oil change sticker back. a small little detail that others have just tossed out. I will recommend these guys just a strongly as they where to me.

The company took into account my desire to have the glass shelf soon to be able to store fragile things during a move to a new location to keep them out of harm's way. They did the job in record time and were very pleasant to deal with.

It's not what you get right, it's how you treat me when something goes wrong. This time, perfect, but many many years ago you installed a windshield which was flawed. You'd almost never experienced this kind of flaw before, and it's only because I'm short that I could see what you couldn't (which gave me motion sickness).
When I called and said I had a problem, there was no question, just bring it in - no wait, no delay, next morning. A lot in the service industry first ask what I did wrong. You never do (even if you're thinking it). I will be loyal to you because of the exemplary service I received as a result of an error. Getting it right is lovely, but how you treat your customer when something goes awry - that's the sign of great customer service.
 

I contacted 4 other companies about screens before I talked to Valley Glass. None of them even responded. Valley not only got my business, but they had 3 screens done for me within 24 hours.

Great customer service and great pricing. I'll be sure to contact them again for any future glass/screen needs.
