This place is so frustrating. I mean come on!!! They helped with a door, the guy they sent was so incredibly nice and helpful! I was able to email pictures to make sure it was a job they could do. Then the person that fixed the door again... super friendly. THEN, I realized I could get them to replace a window at my house... they showed up at 8am... AGAIN, called to make sure I was awake and home, and then didnt even disturb me as I was freaking out about still wearing my PJS. Called with a quote later that day. They are super efficient and communicative. Jeez. So I decide to show up at the store to give my deposit for the window... dont do that! After seeing all the samples of glass they have, I now want to redo a bunch of windows in my house with frosted glass and blue glass, patterned glass... I pulled myself away from the wall of samples and gave the receptionist some cash ( which was slightly more than what was required) and she wouldnt even take it all. Nope, she refused to take more money than I had to. This place is something different I tell you. Goodness begets goodness is my believe and this place proves me right. I am also going to need a new windshield soon. .. at least that will help with my need for new glass from them.

Got my Ford F150 front windshield replaced and Valley Glass did an absolutely exceptional job. It looks amazing, and they paid excellent attention to detail, even taking my oil change stickers off the old windshield and putting it on the new one. They even cleaned ALL the windows and left us a new bottle of glass cleaner as a gift. The communication with admin staff was excellent too, they handled everything so efficiently through the insurance. 10/10 would recommend. I've used them in the past for my shower glass and they were always excellent with customer service. I will continue using them for years to come. Thank you again, Valley Glass. What an amazing company. Customer service is remarkable. We had 3 windows (glass replaced) in our home. From the first phone call to the installation and clean up, everything was done perfectly. Had a chip in my windshield. They fit me in right away and repaired it. Customer service was great and you can barely see the glass chip anymore. Highly recommend this place.

Came to valley glass 30 minute before they were closing to ask them if they could look at my window shield as it got cracked due to a rock! They IMMEDIATELY took our truck in and fixed the cracked! Having dealt with many other glass stores in the past, and we had obtained 5 other quotes from glass stores in Kelowna, Valley glass was not only very competitive, their service was spectacular. Derek, the service technician that came to our house to do the quotes and installs, was incredibly professional, protected our new hardwood and tile floors with the upmost care, everything looked and worked perfect the first time.
