Job Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-work inspections & measures.
  • Competent with sealed units, showers, mirrors, flat cutting, and railings.
  • Knowledge of windows & door mechanism, as well as screens.
  • Work at different heights with ladders, scaffolding, lifts.
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment and use applicable PPE.
  • Proficient with power tools.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Basic customers service and communication with clients and co-workers.


Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to lift 75lbs +/-
  • Some tools
  • Reliable transportation
  • ITA Glazier Certification
  • 2 years' experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Repair and or replace windshields.
  • Motorhome and heavy truck replacements.
  • Repair and or replace side windows, rear glass, and side mirrors.
  • Recalibrate advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) post windshield replacement.
  • Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized.
  • Identification and installation of correct glass parts.


Requirements:

  • Able to lift 50lbs +/-
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • ITA Auto glass certification
  • 2 years’ experience
  • Basic customer service skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Some tools

  • Knowledge with automotive glass repairs, replacements, and calibrations. (ADAS)
  • Proficient with ICBC glass claims as well as private insurance companies.
  • Ensure all customers are met with the care they deserve.
  • Ability to schedule jobs and keep a team on track and on time.
  • Fielding phone calls and walk-in customers.
  • Familiarity with glass parts, vehicles, heavy machinery.
  • Knowledge of auto glass processes with repairs and replacements.
  • Ability to problem solve quickly.
