I wasn’t able to get there until near the very end of their work day, but the gentleman were very kind and helpful. I bought a new pair of windshield wipers and they installed them for me. It's not what you get right, it's how you treat me when something goes wrong. This time, perfect, but many many years ago you installed a windshield which was flawed. You'd almost never experienced this kind of flaw before, and it's only because I'm short that I could see what you couldn't (which gave me motion sickness).
When I called and said I had a problem, there was no question, just bring it in - no wait, no delay, next morning. A lot in the service industry first ask what I did wrong. You never do (even if you're thinking it). I will be loyal to you because of the exemplary service I received as a result of an error. Getting it right is lovely, but how you treat your customer when something goes awry - that's the sign of great customer service.
 

I contacted 4 other companies about screens before I talked to Valley Glass. None of them even responded. Valley not only got my business, but they had 3 screens done for me within 24 hours.
